After winning the Oshawa tournament the team was off to the OMHA quarter finals against the Marriott Bulldogs and the team ran into a brick wall and lost the series. So it was back off to the Shamrock “A” Division semi finals. It was a frustrating series and a tough Mooretown team that won 3 games by 1 goal in each game. Game 1 – 1-0 loss, Game 2 – 1-0 loss, Game 3 – 5-4 loss (what a great effort in the last game boys).

For awhile it looked like the STARS might have to play a game 4, as the Attack’s goalie played a fantastic game. He was on fire, making save after save as most of the play was in the Attack’s end.
