Midget A ('96-'98), U16-U18 Travel, 2013-2014 (St. Thomas Minor Hockey)

Last weeks OMHA playdown hopes ended with a disappointing shootout loss in the final game of the tournament style format hosted by Amherstburg.  With little to play for the boys ended their season in Brantford last night with the game ending in a 3-3 tie.

The past month has not been a great one for the St. Thomas Junior Stars Midget A, but the last game against the Bandits the boys looked ready to start a new season this weekend in Amherstburg who are the hosts of this years first round tournament style OMHA playdowns for the Midget A division.  Although the game ended in a 6-4 loss, it was clear that the Stars are anxious to get back to their winning ways that they are so capable of. 

Last night the boys took on the first place London Junior Knights and lost 4-2.

The St. Thomas Junior Stars Midget A team went 4-1 in this weekends tournament and had an incredible Sunday in the semi's and in the final against two tough opponents to seal the victory.

The St. Thomas Junior Stars Midget A team played a mid week game against the Nationals and ended their unbeaten streak at 7 games with a 6-1 loss against the London Nationals.
