Guys played their hearts out last night to clinch the semi-finals series from Mooretown.  Game went back and forth - Truly one the most exciting games of the year - winning goal with a mere 14 seconds remaining.  We were also down 4 players who were away for March break.  Coaches proud of the boys effort and teamwork. Kudos to Mooretown for a great series; as we won the first 2 games, and they came charging back to take the next 2 games. Still awaiting our finals challenger, as Lambeth and Ilderton are tied with 2 wins each.

Fantastic start in the OMHA playdowns, with 3 wins and one tie !    Will be moving on to play against Niagara District winner. Past 2 games were come-from-behind efforts.   Friday night win - tough game with a 2.5 hour drive.  Strong start in first period, followed by weak 2nd period resulting in trailing 3-2 at end of 2nd period.  Lads refocused for 3rd period to pull off win...which guaranteed we would move on to next series.  Tonight, we battled back and forth, and shut down Chatham 3rd, and Penalty shot goal with 36 seconds left to stay undefeated with a tie.  Coaching staff proud of ...

Great start with 2 hard fought WINS this weekend in our first playoff games.

Excellent weekend of hockey in Niagara Falls, New York. Once in the elimination rounds: St Thomas played their hearts out and sent a stunned York Mills team home in the Quarter finals.    We then moved on to Semi-finals where they fought hard, and ended up getting edged out in the 3rd Overtime by Brampton.   Brampton then went on to handily win the Championship against Port Huron 6-1.  So close..... one might say - we could taste it !  Boys have earned a Monday break, so NO Dryland on Monday, Dec 9/13.   Rest is so lads can keep adding to our regular season 5-game winning streak....with 3 ...
