The coaches would like each player to bring a road hockey stick and running shoes for after practice on Monday night.  We would like to work through some positional items with the team out in the parking lot after practice. 

The coaches would like to invite the parents to a short orientation after the game against Stratford on Sunday.  Following the game we will meet in an available space to introduce ourselves and to outline our coaching philosophy and expectations.  We request that at least one parent for each player be present but more are welcome.  We welcome any questions you may have at this time as well.  See you at the rink.

The coaching staff were very proud of the way the team played tonight.  It started right between the pipes with both goalies playing very strong and out to a solid effort by our defense and some great offence by the forwards. An all round team effort.  Friday`s practice will be extended by half an hour for dryland training. Please bring appropriate attire and footwear and we will finish at 9 pm.
