Sprained AC Joint in Neck

Just wanted everyone to know the Stratford player is okay.  I was told he has a sprained AC joint in his neck and will be off skates for the week.  Everything else seems to be just fine.  Congratulations to the players on a great effort yesterday.

The boys played well overall and they learned how closely the referees will be looking for head contact.  We will continue to caution the players on this and work on timing and clean body checks.  It was great to see so many parents and family members out to watch our game on Sunday.  We are looking forward to a great season for everyone involved.
If anyone is looking to share the cost and room in Niagara Falls for the tournament, please let me know.  I have one parent that is looking to share.
Don't forget our practice on Wednesday night.  See you at the rink!
