And we’d cheered GO STARS thru the game
But it was Keavan Milmine getting passes from Colton Wiacek and Brennen Smith to score two
The TEAM SPIRIT is why we all came.
When Jeffery Carr found his partner, Jayce Smith
At the scene of the attack
There were no puck marks on the goalie
But an incriminating red light shone on his back.
The Woodstock goalie got run over by the STARS TEAM
As Jack Pigram and Ethan Georgijev swarmed around the post
You can say there is no such thing as TEAM PRIDE
But as for me and goalie Maclane Stringle we can boast.
Now were all so proud of the MINOR ATOM STARS
They’ve been playing shifts, and shooting gladly
Watchin’ Hunter Nurse in the barn playing hockey,
Skating hard and passin’ pucks with line mate Brennan Bradley.
It’s not hockey without puck control and a goal from Ethan Miron
All the STARS dressed in white, green and black
And we just can’t help but wonder:
When are we going to get our team mate Josh Niles back?
Many teams have lost to the boys this season
Playing in the ST THOMAS HOME TOWN each week
You can say there’s no such thing as beating the goalie
But as for the STARS TEAM, you should see them deak.
Now the puck is trapped in the corner
But James Martin and Mike Roth, they will get
And a red light above the Woodstock goalie
That would just have lit up by Kyle Wiebe’s shot to the net.
I’ll warn all our next opponents
Better watch out for Evan Clarke
They should never give a puck,
To a player that drives to the net and hits his mark.
