Bantam A ('96), U14-U15 Travel, 2010-2011 (St. Thomas Minor Hockey)

The Major Bantam Jr. Stars travelled to Niagara Falls, NY this weekend for the 2011 Gene Harrington Invitational and left with hardware in tow. Tournament began with a disappointing loss to St.Catharines on Friday afternoon.  The Stars carried the play and outchanced the Warriors 38-12 but just couldn't put it together and left the rink having lost 4-3.

Players met with our GM after last nights practice to negotiate their contracts.  Ok, they were actually given STMHA Player Code of Conducts.  Please have them signed and returned ASAP.  Also distributed were STMHA Parent Code of Conduct, 2 per player.  These too should be signed and returned ASAP.  If you have misplaced either document they can be found electronically under the 'handouts' section of our team webpage.

The Major Bantam Jr. Stars did their part taking 3 of 4 points from Amherstburg in the inaugural Robert Pilon-Butch Howey Memorial tournament this weekend.

The coaching staff would like to thank all players for their hard work during our tryout sessions.  The following players have been selected for the 2010-11 Bantam team.

An overwhelming number of players are unable to attend the 3rd tryout on Saturday.  For this reason it has been turned into an optional skate.  Skate will be run similar to a tryout c/w supervised drills and a scrimmage however there will be no evaluation done.
