St. Thomas started strong, but couldn't finish the game out , losing 3-2 in Burlington in game 1 of the Alliance Playoff. Ryan Vandenbroek and Bailey Douglas scored in the first period as the visitors built up a 2-0 lead heading into the second.  Burlington then took advantage of some miscues and scored 3 unanswered goals to take the lead which ended up being the final.
St. Thomas next plays @ Timken next Sunday 5:45pm v. Cambridge.
