Welcome to the 2021/22 U15 St Thomas Tryouts
We are very excited to get going again this year and wanted to outline some requirements and important information before we begin Saturday.

ALL PLAYERS must bring proof of their minimal 1st dose of the Covid 19 Vaccine (Paper copy or Photo to show sign in table). You will not be allowed on ice without it.

NRP's remember your NRP Passports. They need to be handed in at the sign in desk. No passports, no on ice.

Everyone entering must sign in with the QR code located at the front door or just inside the main door
- Players are to bring their own labelled water bottles
- Everyone entering Arena must enter through the front doors and proceed to the sign in table. When exiting please use the side doors
- Spectators are allowed inside aswell.
- Everyone entering
MUST wear a mask while inside.
- Pinnies will be distributed to the players at the sign in table.
- We recommend coming dressed at least with bottoms on. Parking lot is OK to change. Enter approx 15-20 minutes prior to ice time. It's ok for parents to come in a little early (25 min) and get their players signed in and documents provided.
