Boston Pizza Cup Minor Atom Finalists
Submitted By Joe Doyle on Tuesday, November 24, 2015
On behalf of the coaching staff; I would like to congratulate the Williams Funeral Home Minor Atom Stars for their second place finish this past weekend.

Our players made significant strides forward over the weekend; winning three out of the five games we played.  A combination of hard work, hustle, teamwork, and determination pushed the stars into the finals.   Unfortunately we fell just short to Amhurstberg in the Gold Medal Game.  However, we played with heart, gelled well, had fun, and didn't give up!

I'd like to thank our sponsors, parents, and fans for their support; and the St. Thomas Minor Hockey Association for hosting a great tournament.

We look forward to our next challenge in Detroit MI at the Nations Cup Tournament this upcoming weekend.

Coach Joe
