    * no team may participate in any tournaments while in OMHA Playdowns or Alliance League Playoffs (International Silverstick Tournaments will be allowed.)

  3. Please note teams attending tournaments outside of the OMHA will require OMHA Travel Permit - $20 to be paid by the team.
Payment Request Information
please complete the following section if you are requesting payment for tournament fees.

  2. I understand that no team may participate in a tournament while participating in OMHA Playdowns or Alliance League Playoffs.  As a general rule tournament requests from mid January to end of March will be declined for this reason.

    Alliance teams are limited to 4 tournaments during the Alliance regular season - 2 prior to the split and 2 after.

    As coach/manager of the above team I agree that any and all money sent out by STMHA to pay a tournament entry fee (as a result of this request) will be fully reimbursed by my team or me personally by November 30 of this season.
