St Thomas Minor Bantam A Jr. Stars - OMHA 2018 CHAMPIONS!
Submitted By Vicki Fenn on Wednesday, April 4, 2018
The St. Thomas Minor Bantam Stars won the Ontario Minor Hockey Association  championship and claimed the coveted red hat for 2018.  It didn't come without a fight, having two series go to game six including the final with the Barrie Colts!

Coach Rob has always told the boys "The key to winning is not quitting!   Our team did not quit through a few suspensions and injuries to key players during our run to the red hat, but as a team we did not quit.  "When we play as a team, five guys on the ice as a group we're unstoppable." and that was evident with our win on Sunday coming into the third period down two goals and fighting back to a 4 3 win over the Barrie Colts to take the championship.

Congratulations to the Minor Bantam Jr Stars and the coaching staff its been an awesome year!
