Be A Rogers Hometown Hockey Volunteer!
The weekend of November 18-19 is stacking up to be a hockey lover's delight!  St Thomas Minor Hockey players will be participating in a number of ways over the two day event.

St Thomas Minor Hockey is looking for parent volunteers to come forward and get involved.

Our most immediate need is for volunteers to staff the St Thomas Jr Stars - St Thomas Panthers BBQ tent right in the middle of the action in the Rogers Hometown Hockey Village.

We will need some volunteers to set up during the day on Friday November 17 .  Time to be determined.

The Rogers Hometown Hockey Village / Experience  is scheduled for noon until 6pm on Saturday and noon until 10pm  on Sunday.

We require two volunteers to man the BBQ tent on two hour shifts.  Three shifts on Saturday and five shifts on Sunday need coverage.

Duties will be to man a BBQ and sell food and drinks.

Please email Vicki in the STMHA office @ [email protected] to add your name to the list!

Mark REID Memorial Fund
Mark participated in minor hockey in St Thomas as a child. His love of the game continued throughout his life. In his memory, a fund has been created, providing annual funding to offset costs to those in need. Those children selected will in turn get an opportunity to participate in minor hockey in St Thomas, and experience the same enjoyment from our great game as Mark did. True Sport
The True Sport Principles are a rallying point for True Sport members — they are universal. The principles can be brought to life in any sport at any level, from playground to podium. An Olympic rowing squad can embrace these principles with the same sense of pride and purpose as an elementary school, an old-timers' league, or a community hockey arena. For sport to be truly good and have the opportunity to make the greatest difference, all seven of these principles need to be in play at all times, working in perfect balance with one another.
