1. Online through the Hockey Canada Registry -

2. In Person at our
July 14th Registration Night - 6pm to 9pm at the Timken Centre
3. In the St. Thomas Minor Hockey Office - Monday to Friday 10-3 - 519-631-3607
4. By Downloading the
2014 REGISTRATION FORM and mailing it with payment.
5. By Faxing the 2014 Registration Form with your credit card information to: 519-631-3607
