OMHA Dangle and Shoot Challenge
How well do you think your stick handling and shooting would improve if you spent 8 hours working on them over a  8 week period?

GOAL:
Increase hand speed, quickness and coordination Stickhandle and shoot for 8 hours in 8 weeks
Weekly Goal: 1 hours per week 
Daily Goal: 12 minutes per day / 5 days per week  

The Challenge runs until June 7, 2013

Return your Tracking Sheet and a photo or video of you in action to the OMHA by June 7, 2013 to be entered into a random draw to win an autographed jerseys from Corey Perry!
