Request for Proposal Equipment and Apparel
The St. Thomas Minor Hockey Association is inviting interested companies to submit proposals to act as the Associations preferred provider for apparel and equipment. 
RFP Issue Date: November 4,
Receive Questions from Vendors: November 14,2025
Distribution of Response to Questions: November 18, 2025
Proposal Submission Due Date: November 24, 2025
Anticipated Award Date: December 16, 2025
