2025-2026 Season Information (REVISED)
What OHF is Asking Organizations:
The Ontario Hockey Federation has announced a series of updates to its Player Movement Regulations to enhance participant experience and accessibility, effective for the 2025–2026 hockey season. These changes aim to update current policies and create a structure that better serves players and families across the province.

“(We want to) provide choice to players and give them the opportunity to identify programs that best align with their values and what they want out of the game of hockey (in order) to have a fun and positive experience,” Phil McKee OHF Executive Director

What does this mean for the St. Thomas Minor Hockey Association (STMHA) and its players?
For STMHA, this development presents an exciting opportunity to continue providing top-tier hockey programming while adapting to this evolving landscape. Our association is committed to ensuring that every player and family receives the best support as we navigate these changes together.
