STMHA COVID PROCEDURES-PLEASE REVIEW
Hockey will officially be back this week with practices starting.  In order for this to be successful we will all need to follow the rules that are put in place.  If we can show that we can have a safe and successful return to the rink, hopefully rules can loosen in the future to allow us to start to get back to "normal" hockey.

Here are some items from the City that need to be followed, zero exceptions:
 - all participants are to conduct a COVID self assessment prior to arrival CLICK HERE  for assessment form...THIS NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO HITTING ICE
 - Masks are mandatory while in the facility, masks can be removed when ready to hit the ice
 -  players and coaches are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer
 - maintain 2m of 6' social distancing everywhere
 - avoid any unnecessary touching of property or items
 - adhere to and strictly follow signage..DO NOT ENTER STAFF restricted areas
 - doors to arena will be locked, you will allowed entry to the arena 15 MINUTES before your scheduled time
(ensure all of your group is present at the time of entry...late comers will be turned away)
 - players are to arrive at the arena dressed (except skates), mask on
 - players proceed directly to assigned dressing room..limit of 9 per dressing room, extra bench space available in hallway of both rinks
 - stay in ASSIGNED dressing room until ice has been resurfaced and OLY gates are closed, than proceed directly to ice
 -  DRESSING ROOM DOORS must remain open at all times, NO USE OF SHOWERS PERMITTED
 - Washrooms are available in each dressing rooms, if needed plus B pad cutway or on A pad main lobby washrooms
 - after practice, players go straight to dressing room, remove skates and leave out assigned exits...exits will be out the back door of each pad...players have 10 MINUTES to exit facility after practice
 - we are allowing 2 coaches to start with each team....each team is also permitted to have an Ice Monitor, this person can a coach or a parent but this person must be identified so we can have on our approved list we provide facility
 -  Ice monitor to stand at assigned ice gate access location by each dressing room, to ensure players remain in room,  advise and direct participants while at facility and if players are seated on bench..ensure distancing suggestions are being followed
 - Everything you bring into the rink must leave with you..garbage in, garbage out..please limit what your bring in
 - ABSOLUTELY NO WANDERING AROUND THE FACILITY

 - No ACCESS to storage rooms, office space, track, bowl seating / stands or other areas at this time.
 - No spectators are allowed at this time, if we can successfully follow these rules, we have a better chance of getting more access

1)  Players dropped off at front doors, dressed (except skates), mask on...DO NOT BE LATE...15 minutes prior to skate you are allowed access
2)  Proceed to assigned change room, stay in room until ice cleaning is done and practice prior has its participants exited
3) after practice 10 minutes to vacate premises, exit out of the back doors of the facility

PLEASE ENJOY OUR RETURN TO HOCKEY AND STAY SAFE!!!
