New Absent/Late Form on Website
We have added an Absent/Late form onto to the team website to help to increase the communication from the players on absent/late times.
We ask that all players (or parents) use this for communicate to the coaching staff on times when they will be missing or late for a game/practice.
At the beginning of the season, the coaching staff indicated to the players that they would like everyone at Games 45mins before the start. Based on feedback from the players, we are now extending this to Practices 30mins before the start.
Moving forward, please use the online form to inform the coaching staff if you will be Absent or Late. They will receive an automated message when a form is completed. For games, we would like at least 24hrs notice if you're going to be missing a game, to allow us the opportunity to call-up Affiliate Players (if nec).
