First Goal of the Season for the Tyke White
It has been a rough start for the St. Thomas Tyke Select White team but they are starting to see the fruit of hard work. With just 10 seconds to go in the third period, #10 Rhett Devries had a huge slap shot from the point to score the first goal of the season for our Stars. Tyler Johnston earned an assist and the indirect assist goes to Lucas Glanville for a nice goalie screen.
In net, Andrew Valdez stopped 13 shots during the first half of the game and Jacob Lister added 8 more stops during the second half. All in all it was a very good effort by the whole team.
