Stars crush Strathroy
The Maxwell's Cameras/ Ansell's Awards midget AE team overpowered Strathroy in Shamrock league action Wednesday night at the Timken Center with a 12-4 victory. The Stars built a 7-0 league by the end of the second period with goals by Connor Farrell with two and Ryan Gilson, Travis Verkade, Brad Holder, Braden Hellems and Chad Cote. Josh Chatten, Cody Gooding, Gilson with two more and Holder with another rounded out the scoring for St. Thomas. St. Thomas' next action is Friday night in LaSalle in game four of their six point series which St. Thomas leads 4-2.
