Novice Select Tryout Dates:
Saturday Nov. 03 – 12:30pm - Timken Centre – STMHA Rink
Sunday Nov. 4 – 9:00 am - Timken Centre – STMHA Rink
Fri Nov. 09 – 6:15pm – Timken Centre – STMHA Rink
Tryout Fee:
Tryout fee is $60 and must be paid at the first tryout, players who previously tried out for the Novice A team will not have to pay the tryout fee again.
Program Details:
We are hoping to have a Novice Roster Select team which will play exhibition games against other centres and possibly play in 1 or 2 tournaments.
Fees:
The fees for the Novice Select team will be $150.00 per player. These Travel Fees cover costs of:
· 20 hours of ice for practices and exhibition games
· Socks
· Referee’s
· 2 Travel team banquet tickets
· Travel plaque
· Team Picture
Eligible Players:
Participation in the Novice Select team is open to any Novice Aged (2004) players registered with St. Thomas Minor Hockey. Because this is a “Travel” team players must also live with the boundaries of St. Thomas Minor Hockey, if you are unsure if you meet STMHA residential guidelines, details can be found on our web site under Registration or by contacting the STMHA office 519-631-3607 or [email protected]
Practice/Game Times:
The Novice Select team will have regular ice on Sunday mornings. Exhibition games will be scheduled at a later date.
Coaching:
If you are interested in Coaching, a coaching application can be found on the STMHA website. Interviews will be held on Thursday Nov. 1.
