TAKE THE 2009/2010 ENHANCED PEANUT PROGRAM PARENTS SURVEY - St. Thomas Minor Hockey

In an effort to continually try and improve our development programs we offer the following survey to find out from the parents how they felt the program went this year.  This survey simply evaluates the Peanut and Tyke House League program. If your child also played on one of the select teams then we ask that you ALSO complete the separate survey for those teams which evaluates the coaches and staff members, it can be found by selecting "Travel Parents Survey" under the Parent tab near the top of the page.
