Body Checking Clinic
STMHA is hosting a Spring 2024 Body Checking Clinic for 2007-2011 birth year players, who have not yet taken a clinic or wish to take a refresher before Spring tryouts.

This session will be capped at 36 participants.

This clinic is open to players from outside associations as well and will take place on Friday, April 19th, 2024 @ 5-7:30 pm.

Please note: To all U13 (2012) players wishing to AP in the 2024-2025 season, you must complete a body-checking clinic before signing an AP form and we will open the registration up to this age group if there is room. We will also be running an additional clinic in late August of 2024. Please complete the online form. Upon completion of this form, please keep an eye on the STMHA website under NEWS for any further communications on this event.

The True Sport Principles are a rallying point for True Sport members — they are universal. The principles can be brought to life in any sport at any level, from playground to podium. An Olympic rowing squad can embrace these principles with the same sense of pride and purpose as an elementary school, an old-timers' league, or a community hockey arena. For sport to be truly good and have the opportunity to make the greatest difference, all seven of these principles need to be in play at all times, working in perfect balance with one another.
